Deena is multidisciplinary performing artist​,​ producer and poet interested in the intersections. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in English after transferring from The School of International Service at American University DC. She has been writing on-the-spot poems at events for over a decade for clients such as: Google​,​ Macy's​,​ Air Bnb​,​ Fairmont Hotel​,​ Nike​,​ Air France and many more. Also trained in The Alexander Technique and classical singing​,​ she seeks to bring mind​,​ body​,​ breath and words together. Her debut vocal performance in 2003 for The New Music Coop in Austin Texas landed her a voice over part as Wonder Girl and Aquawoman in the DC Universe Game. Currently​,​ she lives in Los Angeles California and also works as the Creative Director at Rita House​,​ a multi-use space with for events​,​ filming​,​ and podcasting.
